Do you know what building this is?

This is a photo I took some years ago on a coach between the port (and I can't see which port it was!) and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The photo was taken at 11:16 and we were in Ho Chi Minh City at 11:55 - so it's about 39 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City.

I don't know how I can find out. I don't really need to know for any purpose, I am just curious. Anyone know how I could find out?

It certainly looks like it. Thanks so much, I am sure you are right. I have kept going back to it and have googled for it and looked on Google Earth, so I am very grateful. I shall be able to name it now.
