Having a few forum problems

Sometimes but not often i try to get to a new post from the forum or email notification and i get this, it normally clears if i try a few times.

Good morning every one - I am aware of this from one of the other forums. I don't yet have a solution but I am looking into it.

One possibility is that the post that has been linked to has been deleted.
