  • seek permission!?

    I wanted to post a new thread for Lens View forum but always got a message reapeatedly that says ;

    "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:"

    I'm sure I logged in. For other sub-forums it looks ok. How can I solve this?

    Hi yoshi -

    I haven't experienced it here but we both have on the other sites from time to time recently.

      This sounds like a cookies problem that may be a remnant from when we changed servers.

      Try deleting dpnow.com cookies from your browser and re-logging in.

        well, thanks Ian, I did it anyway now as recommended.
        I think it ,however, a bit strange as cookies are always supposed to be deleted automatically every time I close a browser . In addition I use CCleaner quite often to delete unnecesarry things including that type of remnant.

        On the other hand, I can now report to you that it looks like back to normal now as far as this particular forum is concerned, since I can respond to your comment. When Barr1e responded to my first posting two days ago, I immediately wanted to say thanks to him, but the same problem happened that time. DPNow said "thank you for logging" but when I wanted post a comment, it said "you are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page...."

        Anyway I keep watching and if I encounter a similar problem, then I will ask for another help. Thanking you,
        yoshi
