How do I embed a youtube clip in a forum post?

A question for Ian (or anyone else that knows); How do I embed a youtube clip in a post? I've been trying to do this but couldn't figure it out.

Very simple, on the page in You Tube where the video exists simply copy the page address (URL) and paste it into your forum post. We have a forum plug-in that does the rest.

Thanks Ian, that is too easy I was looking for embed and src codes to put in.
