Morning Graham - it's been on all the rumour sites for some time, although some of the key specifications weren't known.

I have a hands-on preview and sample image gallery coming up later this morning.



Sorry for the quality of the shot above - it was very late in the day last week and was taken using a Samsung compact camera. But it's interesting to see the very similar design layouts of the GX1 (left) and the E-P3 (right).

It's very nice. The GF1 has a kind of cult status even though it wasn't Panasonic's top-seller and the GX1 is clearly designed to fill the gap not really filled by the GF2.

Not so sure I'd like the power zoom or the lack of a focusing ring. But if the Image Quality was better then I may change my mind.
