  • My new smart phone

Friday I received a new HTC Legend smart phone.

I have alway dismissed smart phones as gimmicks and toys for boys.

Well my view has modified, I'm using the email and the internet and Friday the day I got it I used the camera, just for fun you understand.

I was gob smacked at the quality could do a decent A4 print no problem.

    File sizes are 12MB

Here are three shots two whole and the third a 100% crop.
    Sharpened 50% with a radius of 1

    Adjusted for contrast in levels.

Am viewing the forum and typing my reply using the Hero's big brother, the HTC Desire. Are you sure the file size is 16GB? How are you getting on with using the screen for typing?

You have miss read Ian I wrote 12MB, thats opened in Photoshop.

Typing gets some getting used to, need more practice at that I think, but getting better.

The camera specs look very similar between the Legend and the Desire. 5 megapixels equates to 15MB un-compressed so not sure where the 12MB comes from?

Typing tip - switch off the spelling correction mode that corrects the suggested words selection as it makes it almost impossible to enter words that aren't in its dictionary.
