We are just remaking our wills and I am wondering how best to include the condition

"my wife is not to sell my cameras for the price I told her I paid for them"

So you're exactly like my husband, eh. Everything he ever bought was always "from Trevor's bargain bucket, cost about 10 quid". Trevor being the manager of the local camera shop.

He also used to buy me 'presents' he thought I wouldn't want, expecting me to hand them back to him. He stopped doing that very abruptly when I started keeping the 'gifts'.

Trevor also sold all sorts of 'bargains' to our eldest son when he was a student, usually paid for by me too so I knew exactly what things cost, exactly what was or wasn't in the 'bargain buckets'.

That gave me a big laugh and reminded me that:
I once went to the London camera Exchange in Nottingham and traded in my current camera at that time for a newer model. Nothing was noticed and I never said a word about it

I'm always honest to my wife on the equipment I buy and always break the ice by saying over breakfast that 'im thinking of or I need'
Then the following morning over breakfast say you have been looking but they are too expensive, stating the rrp!
Then leave it a couple of day's and come home from work saying you have got an absolute bargain always stating how much you have saved, and not what the thing actually cost

Ohh and don't forget to mention what you are selling on ebay that will moooreee
          than cover the cost!

LOL Ash - thanks for that, I just hope my husband doesn't see this thread

I've just bought a new lens, it's taken me ages to save up for it, it's a Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM absolutely gorgeous it is. Not to mention the amount of props I have stashed away in my room and in boxes under the bed.
