Parts of DPNow, including the forum and gallery, were inaccessible this morning from about 5:15AM to 10:30AM GMT. I'm very sorry if this inconvenienced you.
The outage was caused by a database connection problem probably triggered by a routine server software update that went wrong.
A work around has been implemented and the site is now back up, but you may occasionally experience a database error page. A simple refresh of this page should get you going again.

The problem is still there Ian. It took me six tries to post a picture today after logging in. Every time I wrote the post, added the picture link, and selected either 'preview' or 'post', I got the page saying that I was not logged in, and had to start again. I finally managed to post, but without a preview.
