I'm very pleased to announced that Garry is now a moderator on the forum. He's injected some new life into the forum and has experience moderating forums before and I asked him if he'd like more tools to help others on the forum and he has gladly accepted, for which I'm very grateful
Congratulations on getting the job. Can I ask if there is a way to send out news letters to members. There are many that have not loged in for quite some time. A news letter to let them know we are still here and making a comeback may just get their attention.

Yes, this can be done. We have done one for a while (I tended to err on the side of caution because I know newsletters can be annoying). Leave it with me and I'll get one sent in a day or two.
It was just a suggestion as I do this on my forum and it dose sometimes get old members to look in. I agree it can be annoying when you get them two or three times a week. ViewBug do that. I think one every three months is good practice. I also send out greetings card for birthdays etc. Makes members feel they are valued by the forum.
