Internal server errors

I've had a note from one member who has had a problem with an Internal Server Error here on the forum this week. I believe this was when trying to upload some images to the gallery. I haven't been able to reproduce the error but I was able to force a similar error on our Four Thirds User site when editing forum posts and we now think that has been fixed.

If anyone here experiences an error like the above, please let me know so we can fix it!
