  • New Year's Day shoot invitation!

It's very simple - but might need some preparation

On new years's day, take some pictures that reflect the locality and your day and post the best one in a Photo Critique thread I'll start on the day itself.

Hopefully we'll have an interesting selection of pictures from around the world to enjoy and start the new year off!

Weather shouldn't be an issue - this is a make the most of the situation project. The contrasting weather at different locations will be very interesting

Re: New Year's Day shoot invitation!

It's a tradition that me and a few mates go out for a photo shoot on new years day , same this year we have'nt decided where yet .
Weather at the moment down here is gloomy and very dull , might improve, forecast is'nt good so an inside shoot might be called for .
I'll post the best of whatever i can get .

You could photograph indoors or outdoors - there is no rule on this

Let's see how varied the results turn out to be

Here's a reminder! Don't forget - take a picture where you happen to be on New Years Day and post it on the DPNow forum...

And the place to post it is here:

Use this board to post your photos and to tell us about the scene you set out to capture. Don't forget that the best place for *critique* in order see how your photography might be improved, technically, remains the Image Insight Photo critique board.
