Here is a short video from yesterday - it was a day of clouds, sun and some windy conditions. The filming started quite well until the gusts decided I had to quit.
I have since replaced it with a reworked one - took out a section when the drone took a buffeting from the wind.

I've used Youtube and Vimeo and have been happy with the quality of both.but I tend to stick with Youtube because of monetization. Our Travel Channel and my GoldenYearsGeek channel each meet the minimum requirements (1000+ subscribers and 4000+ hours watch time in the preceding 12 months). It usually brings in $100 a month.
I FINALLY got my drone back from repair yesterday. I launched from a friend's dock and got this shot of his house.

I'm a slow learner. This afternoon I managed to send the drone aloft with a weak battery. I was well into the flight when I got a warning to the land it immediately. There wasn't much room to maneuver and I had the drone pointed at me rendering the controls backwards. In attempting to drift to the right, I managed to fly it into a tree. Fortunately it landed in underbrush and didn't slide down the falls. Retrieving it was a little dicey. Happily, it (and the pilot) emerged unscathed.
Happily the drone flew fine today with no issues following the crash. The Coolidge Homestead (birthplace of early 19th century President Calvin Coolidge) asked me to take some aerial shots. Apparently years ago they had rented a helicopter to accomplish the same thing. It was a very cloudy day but I took several dozen shots to give them an idea of the views I can provide. I'll wait for a sunny day to shoot again. The still camera of the drone is 12 mp. Here are a few samples.

With all the requests for aerial shots you will soon be looking to upgrade to a professional drone. Could prove to be a lucrative business. Great shots. Are they processed or straight out of the camera?
Regards Ron.Live each day as if it was your last. One day you will be right. Down sized to Nikon s7000 compact camera.

Hi Pat -
I was flying last Saturday filming trains - waiting for a specific one when I got the message LOW BATTERY and it said it was going to Return Home. I cancelled RTH and landed it myself. I was somewhat annoyed as I started with a full battery and was in the air for about twenty minutes.
I missed the train I wanted to film by about a minute or so. Checked around and it seems the claim for about 30 minutes flight time is only between 20/24 minutes. I had other batteries with me and had I was alert to the problem a change of power would have achieved what I wanted.

Incredible scenery, and fabulous quality, Pat.

I've been struggling with Motor Speed Errors and the speculation is that the case holding the drone puts pressure on the propellers causing them to warp. I've been careful storing them and that issue seems to have resolved itself. I've also had issues where I'm told my iPhone's CPU is maxed out. I use an iPhone 6 just for the drone. Today everything worked fine. The latest firmware update now allows us to change a video's exposure remotely while flying.and I experimented with that. Then I tried some precise flying in tight quarters. I took it up 400' and laterally about a half mile with no Wind Warnings or Loss of Signal. I'm really impressed with the capabilities of this little drone and have to thank Barr1e for letting me know about it.

You video would be good for a sales pitch there. You have really got the hang of your drone. It amazes me that you simply just take off and fly over main roads and adjoining areas.
It gives a good insight to your location.
Thanks for showing this.

Hi Pat -
Good news - pleased to see your bird flying again. The weather here has been warm with high winds causing the drone to be grounded. I had hoped to fly today but we have rains forecast for the next three days.
In some ways I'm pleased as the computer is/has undertaken a backup with Microsoft OneDrive since yesterday and it is still ongoing - hence the lack of posting.
I am interested in which setting/s you found best after the updating of your drone?
It has either been raining or we have been suffering high winds or both together. We were close to a railway station last week so looked in as I had another day of not being able to fly the drone. Anne and I had recently purchased a DJi Osmo Mobile 3 gimble for one another.
I thought with some protection from the wind I would take some pix and video with the new gimble but with some gusts pushing the unit I quickly stopped using it - I did however mange to take a short amount and here it is:
