A few days ago I visited the fairly new London building called "The Shard", intending to shoot a full 360 degree panorama from one of the public viewing platforms. It turned out to be a frustrating business, as even the "open" platform had tall glass windows all round, which produced nasty reflections to impair the camera images. They were not all clean either. You can see the general view of the inside of the platform here:

Using a handheld Canon 5DII + 15mm fisheye I had to take many shots to cope with the reflections and inevitable parallax problems due to the wide platform. The stitching of 24 images was a nightmare and the result is far from perfect, but quite effective nevertheless:

In case anyone has problems viewing the interactive panoramas, I generated a small cylindrical panorama from the above image to get:

I think you did a terrific job.If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much room.
