Post your panos here (warning horizontal scrolling)
Re: Post your panos here (warning horizontal scrolling)
Hi Rog
I like the beach picture, looks a great place to explore, as an idea of scale, how long would it take to cross the beach to reach the buildings on the left of the picture?
Re: Post your panos here (warning horizontal scrolling)
It's not one of the bigger beaches around here, probably about ten minutes from the caves at one end to the caves at the other, in fact there is someone on the beach - close to the far end.
Amazing depth, colour and clarity. I do confess that I had to google the location to find out where it was though!

Thanks Jo! I used a Lumix TZ3 handheld. No way to fix shutter speed unfortunately so the sky is a bit uneven. It's a beautiful place, you should visit some day!
Re: Post your panos here (warning horizontal scrolling)
What an amazing amount of panoramas - far too many to comment on. I think they all show an artistic flair by the image takers and a skill which has been developed over a period of time.
I am surprised still to see how many avenues there are to the world of photography.
Thanks so much for showing as I have returned to this thread many times - it's too early for me to sit with a glass of wine as I enjoy looking through them once more before the day begins for me.

This is one of our sky resorts in Argentina. The view is taken from the top of the 2500m Cathedral Mountain. The skiing slopes are on my backside. This is the other side view, ideal for summer trecking...

This pano consists of 8 images all exported directly from the Raw files in Lightroom directly in to CS3 Merge to Panorama in Photoshop. Its one of the new functions of LR2 and seems to work very well.
The picture btw is of Vancouvers CBD from Stanley Park. It also show the Cruise terminal on the left with the ship that took us to Alaska in May '07
