Walking through the local car park near the canal I heard a noise and recognising it from visits to steam fairs and train yards, I realised to my surprise a steam vehicle approaching. They do say, never be without a camera and fortunately I had my small Panasonic TZ100 with me.

I watched a Stanley steamer pick up reverse close to the water and watched the process of the team filling her up.

Lovely condition for a vehicle which is 101 years old.
