Re: My Image of the Day
When I first saw this, and not knowing Anstruther, but also knowing that you are well travelled, Rab. I thought this was abroad.
But the googled and found it is in Fife, Scotland.
This is a very pleasing photo. Looks a very busy spot. I like the composition.Canon 7D 50D 400D Canon 300mm f4 L IS Canon 70 - 200 f2.8 L IS Sigma 150 - 500 f6.3 OS Sigma 50mm f1.4

Re: My Image of the Day
They always look good shot with a slow shutter speed.
This one is no exception.
Looks as though the water has bought some mud with it, looking at the colour.Canon 7D 50D 400D Canon 300mm f4 L IS Canon 70 - 200 f2.8 L IS Sigma 150 - 500 f6.3 OS Sigma 50mm f1.4

Re: My Image of the Day
Not an outstanding shot - a bit grainier in the resulting image as posted compared to how it looked in Lightroom.

Re: My Image of the Day
Were you using a Hi ISO setting in dull conditions Ian ?
I copied your image and pasted it in my albums to read the Iexif. But your processing has stripped the data.Canon 7D 50D 400D Canon 300mm f4 L IS Canon 70 - 200 f2.8 L IS Sigma 150 - 500 f6.3 OS Sigma 50mm f1.4

Re: My Image of the Day
Very nice, Barr1e. Very well detailed.
Looking at the exif. I see your photo was taken at 1/30th sec So I assume you were using a tri-pod, or have extremely steady hands.Canon 7D 50D 400D Canon 300mm f4 L IS Canon 70 - 200 f2.8 L IS Sigma 150 - 500 f6.3 OS Sigma 50mm f1.4
