Try a venison vindaloo if you can't think of any other W (VV looks very like W)

Also I have heard rumours that North of the Border they distill a strong drink beginning with W

I must have one somewhere. I don't suppose anyone's got a picture of Chicken Xacuti.

If I can't find an Xmas pud picture I'll get the one my wife made about a month ago out of the cupboard to mature for Christmas and take one.

I know I've got a picture of our pud alight somewhere but can I find it.

So here's this years pud made by my wife, maturing ready for Christmas.

So X is for Xmas pud.

I like the lateral thinking, Andy

I'm a sucker for Christmas pud and Christmask cake (I made two of the latter last year) and even though I'm not allowed, I will be sampling a little this Christmas!

You can post the same picture in the Christmas photos thread I started the other day

Only two to go. Y is easy if you like Ski. Z - well US courgettes are out of season, plenty of pike-perch in the Fen drains if there any fishermen here, otherwise perhaps you would get away with grating a lemon

Two to go or is it three? (X, Y, Z)?

X is for Xanthan Gum - a handy alternative for gluten-free and low carb thickening of soups, stews and other recipes.
