If I can't find an Xmas pud picture I'll get the one my wife made about a month ago out of the cupboard to mature for Christmas and take one.

I know I've got a picture of our pud alight somewhere but can I find it.

So here's this years pud made by my wife, maturing ready for Christmas.

I'm a sucker for Christmas pud and Christmask cake (I made two of the latter last year) and even though I'm not allowed, I will be sampling a little this Christmas!

Only two to go. Y is easy if you like Ski. Z - well US courgettes are out of season, plenty of pike-perch in the Fen drains if there any fishermen here, otherwise perhaps you would get away with grating a lemon
