    Re: The Daily Grind

I appreciate David's thoughts. We made our move 14 years ago when we were capable of dealing with it. Would never be able to do it again. This is my penultimate box. As for the clutter, where it used to be there is heaps of the wifes.
Regarding the wrinkles Pol, they are a good excuse to eat more. Just keep filling the skin and the wrinkles don't show.
Regards Ron. Live each day as if it was your last. One day you will be right. Down sized to Nikon s7000 compact camera.

Love that presentation Roger and the balance of the outer girls having a similar pose.

              Oh okay, I confess.

Kurt was trying to fatten me up, at Shoppy's suggestion. Kurt did the cooking and I'd promised to do the dishes and that dish slipped out of my hand when I was licking it clean.

Same here. I can't balance on my left leg (crush injury) and if I balance on my right leg I can't kick with my left leg.

I'm a dab had at 'hockey' with a my stick though - a trekking pole held at the base as I take swipes with the handle.

How about a 'Today's Work' picture.

It's a nice day so David took the opportunity to set about clearing a 'meadow flowers' patch that's been running away thanks to the erratic weather we've been having this year.

He uses a hedge cutter to cut though the tangle, continues with a strimmer then finishes off with a Flymo. The meadow flowers will come again next year. Here a shot of him using the hedge cutter at ground level to get things going. Photo shot this morning.

                          Excuse his brightly-coloured T-shirt. I got those at 2 for a fiver in a M&S special offer.

Got more to do over the weekend so I'll get on it.

Sadly I have had to give up this part of my life. It was almost a daily activity even if it was for only an hour or two. This was taken by my brother-in-law 12 years ago.

Awww never mind. It's a super picture and you still look a lot happier and still a lot healthier than that down-in-the mouth fish.
