Being a great lover of old cemeteries around London I'm sure this is Frederick Leylands tomb in Brompton cemetery. Designed by Burne-Jones.

I think it's the V&A (and there look to be roundels of them at top right!).

Not the Tate, but you are the closest so far, in fact you are less than 3 miles away!!

I have carefully avoided the central light fitting . . . If no one guesses it soon I will add it as a clue.
