Just a bump and a clue.This is a European capitol city and the character is dance related.
Not sure if the"stickies" are working after the server move as this seems to progressed down the page very quickly.

I have finally managed to identify your image as Vaslav Nijinsky's burial place in Montmartre Cemetery in Paris. It was your connection with dance clue which narrowed it down for me.
