OK I think I'll try something a bit harder (although experience teaches us all that this is a well-travelled forum...).

I've got a few further images from in and around this place which contain some clues, so I'll post those if we don't get anywhere...

The deafening silence confirms that nowhere is exactly where we so far have got...

Try this for some big clues, which is about 25 miles south of the first one (and it's the exact place of the first image that I'm after):

Is it the Caribbean? There are so many countries with red, yellow and green flags. St Kitts is one, but I don't think it is there.

Is it The Springfield Cemetery at St Kitts? If not, perhaps it is the St Thomas Cemetery.

My indecision is because the trees in you photo are not palm trees as in the website photo.
