Challenge: where's this place 2?

I've decided to close the where's this place? challenge thread and start a new one. It was perhaps getting a bit cumbersome and difficult to navigate for some people. So I'm going to kick of this V.2 thread with a new picture. The only clue at the moment is that its in America.

Well I have been to New York and San Francisco and it doesn't look like them. But there is a lot of coast in the USA! How about Alaska?

HaHa, the problem for me is that some of you folk know where I've been New England, Alaska. Audrey has the best guess so far, again though it's a big coastline

This is the harbour of a small town further north in New England. If you blinked you would miss it on the map, but I have to tell you that when we visited it was buzzin and we struggled to even park the car

Well done Kurt.

I knew it was somewhere around that area as I have been looking at New England Cruises for about the past 5 years. They look so appealing, so I recognised the scenery. I was looking at Boston, but it was too big, so I'm glad you got it. It looks a delightful place.

Thanks, now I have to look for a photo of a place. Mine all seem so recognisable or completely random. I'll start trolling through some old stuff and post shortly.

Well I don't think this is too tough for you knowledgeable lot. But I think I have a first by putting in an interior shot. I could be tough be asking for the name of the building or easy by naming the town. What do you think?

Methinks you are too clever for your own good Kurt, but not clever enough, I had it within 30secs. However I think I'm going to keep quiet and let someone else have a think and come up with the answer.
