I don't know if there are more than one of these statues around the world, but if so I will start giving out more clues tomorrow. For the present, I want to know where the statue is - not where the background is!
I don't think any clues are required for this one. I tried Google images search and discovered that there are a few thousand images of this view! Must be the easiest one ever!
I uploaded another one - but then found I'd left the title in and hadn't renamed it - and I can't remember how to delete images from the gallery. Serious senior moment!
I know where this is, but I think other people should have a chance. I don't remember seeing that bird there on the numerous occasions I have walked past this spot.

Ah, that bird knew I was making a pilgrimage to one my old haunts... I used to work to the left of that church back in the early 70s.

Caz,
You'd need to go to 'edit image' then there's an option to delete if you scroll down to the bottom of the page.
You can find the options if you click on the small, white downward arrow top right of your gallery page - the place where you click to open an image exif.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for that Pol, you're a star!
Somewhat OT - don't have a camera with me today except for my phone and that's worse than useless. Just seen what I thought was a pied wagtail - but it had a bright yellow rump?
