Well done Mike - I don't know why I didn't think of Imola! Of course that's a photo of Ayrton Senna and Imola was where, just four years later, he met his maker...

The photo was taken in Venice, Italy. The poster is advertising a restaurant.

Hello Bob and welcome to the site, however, though you are correct, you are two pictures behind. You have to try and keep up on this site

Sorry Stephen! I'm afraid I didn't have a clue as to how other postings appear and expected them to show as they do on the E-system forum. However, it's now sunk in. As they say, my (being two pictures) behind, didn't look good in this!

I may have to introduce a time limit for the new 'curator' to the new photo up and running

Don't worry about it Bob. I saw the challenge in the DPNow e newsletter, looked at the challenge, googled for the restaurant, copied the link and was just about to paste it and post it when I saw I was 2 or 3 pictures behind.

Now the pics seem to be a bit male orientated F1 and football etc so I don't stand a chance.

Yes, the Andrew's F1 theme was fun, but I do urge Mike to choose something more general!

Thanks for your support, Audrey. I see I must spend some time exploring this forum before dashing in and posting. I attempted to post an 'introduce yourself' one last night only to find that I wasn't logged in (although I feel sure I ticked the remember me box). After logging on, I found that I had lost my message, after which, as it was a lengthy one, I gave up!.

                              I'll be back.

Hi Bob, I'm very sorry that you are experiencing teething problems with the DPNow forum - I will do my best to help you get to grips with things here. As, I understand, you are familiar with the e-group forum, things should be fairly familiar on here as the e-group was based on the DPNow setup. I suspect there is a browser cookie issue and these can sometimes occur when someone is new to the site. But do let me know if you have any more problems and I'll see what can be done. We all really value your input here!
