    Mike, what sort of post processing was used for the first? Is it toning?

      Josh, dare I say it, I used selected blur on the face in layers to semi airbrush the skin, then i adjusted the light and contrast, then converted to B/W, then put a soft sepia tone over the lot.............................and I still did it faster than it takes Lisa to get ready for a night out
      I once found the technique on the web but now I use it as a basic recipe and just tweak till I get somewhere near.
