Nice one Peter, the first shot is a belter IMHO. Limited dof, eye contact, head & shoulders situated to the right of the frame..........good composition, yet the kid is somehow still engaged and not involved in posing

      Thank you Stephen

Yes I really liked that one, it sort of jumped out at me as I was looking at all the photos this evening. I am about to add just one more which I like.

There was also a two month old but these did not work out very well as the park was not the best environment to do those type of photos. I will be doing those again over the the next few weeks.

It's fiendishly hard to get good eye contact with "littlies" even if mum is standing right behind you! You've achieved this well in the first one Peter.

                Hi Pete

As you know I have quite a collection of our grandson, I find the easiest way is to just let the child have fun, they usually look at you for approval if they are enjoying the activity and thats when you get eye contact, which in my opinion are the best pics. Obviously if the child knows / likes you they will be more at ease. Im sure Mum will like the first picture in post 1 and then the one on the swing (last post)

Thanks for the feedback it is most welcome. This was the first time I had meet him which is not easy but then again I guess it is the same for most of you that you do not always meet the little ones before you shoot them. I know for sure that mum and dad like the first and the last one as I have also had more feedback from them. So that makes me happy
