A few days ago, there was a heavy mist about & I decided to revisit one of my favourite streets not too far from home, to capture the last of the autumn leaves before they all came off!

Lovely picture, Autumn is my favourite season I just like all the colours around. Those tree branches look very low, must be the angle the pic was taken?

It can sometimes be difficult to get your head around the fact that it's autumn in your part of the world Jocelyn when in ours we have just embraced spring! However, long may this cycle continue!

Thank you all for your comments! No tele used....just panasonic zoom of the camera itself! It does however have a little to do with the angle shot! Taken from a sitting position on the footpath, looking up a slight incline! Although the trees in this street are amazing! They form a perfect avenue, with branches merging overhead...from opposite sides of the street! Yes, our seasons are exact opposites.....and our days about 10 hours ahead of you!

Ha! Ha! I only suffered a bit of envy of the rather fancy homes in that street! Beautiful location! Expensive real estate!

Pops, individual householders normally take responsibility for cleaning up their front verges! Many people hire garden services, what with busy lifestyles etc! The streets themselves probably are council clean up responsibilities! However, at the rate leaves fall, many streets do have a build up of litter for a short while!
