  • Whoo Hoo I Got Out

I actually managed to get out with my camera today after waiting for the battery to charge and cleaning the dust off it and what a day, these were taken along the west coast of Cornwall

    Hope you enjoy the scenery

Lovely scenery. Nice weather and the sea is so blue too. No coachloads of tourists spoiling the views either ... well not yet anyway.

My husband's looking over my shoulder asking if that's an old tin mine.

That's more or less what I've just said to David.

We're hankering after a run over to Cornwall after looking at Mike's pics.

Hi all yes they are the old tin mines of cornwall, the weather is forecast to be kike this all week an im off work till friday so watch this space.
Hi Ian I did see Potd yesterday, it made me laugh as i dont think it was that good it does not show the steep drop or how windy and cold it was.

True, maybe, but I still liked the picture - it was the apparent relationship between dog and master

                Really enjoyed those - thanks!

Can I ask where they were taken? I don't recognise it....... ( I was brought up in Cornwall between Liskeard and Looe so the scenery brought back happy memories)

                Regards,

                Neil.

                    Hi Neil,
The first three were taken at Cape Cornwall, the next were taken just up the road a way at Levant Mines I actualy went through Penzance and and onto Lands End although the latter were less than impressive.........................tommorrow its up to tintagel to check out a site I have just seen on google earth which has a waterfall in a canyon on the coast and then maybe a jaunt to my spititual home of the moors.........then home in time for "Tiffin"
Im not very Good at the arty side of photography, I just like to get out and shoot whats in front of me. Thanks for for looking

You showed that part of the coast off very nicely.
Now don't let the dust gather again
