Whilst out shopping today, I took this shot with my Panasonic Lumix. There were lots of birds all sitting on the
trolleys, quite amazing but are they starlings? I've posted the largest size for clarification purposes.
I have a very similar shot of starlings on tesco trollies at peterborough. (I was going to post it in response, but when I look at it, its *really poor* image with unrecoverable blur - No comparison with yours ).
Perhaps they like the shelter? Certainly my shot was taken during the last snow when birds were struggling, and I could almost walk up and touch the birds.
