Dunnock

I got a chance to get out for a walk this morning with the camera to Westport Lake, not much activity however i spotted this little Dunnock at least i think thats what it is.

It was quite happy to let me snap away....JIM

Lovely picture, with a lot of detail in the feathers together with a catchlight in it's eye!

Nice warm lighting and blurred background. I should think you were pleased with yourself.

Get down there myself sometimes. Good for Grebe's in nesting season and loads of other birds too.
