Well how could I say no. She is only ten and just loved having her photo taken.

I had a small play with the last one. I made a b/w layer then blended them as I did not want a true b/w one. I have also now added the last one from this set.

I only had a small amount of time with her but I hope when mum and dad see these I will get another chance as she was having so much fun. I will do her some prints just waiting to find out which one's mum wants.

I also like the last one best but they're all beautiful. Nice blending effect too.

I hope her parents will be willing to let you have the occasional sessions together because she's a pretty young lady who seems to be a very relaxed and natural poser.

The last one for me also. She is the most relaxed person I have seen in front of a camera for a while (with the exception of Anne of course).

Thanks guys and girls for the nice comments. They have cheered me up no end. Like I said before she was really keen to have her photo taken and with such a pretty face how could I really mess it up.

Small update. Mum got back to me and funny thing is she wants the b/w blend copy. So I have given it another go and ordered the prints. The colour one will be for me A3 as we have a big portrait competition this week at club. What good timing was that. The b/w blend will be an A4 print for mum.

Some great portrait pics Peter! The lass seems a natural model & not too posey! I'm sure your entry to club portraiture will garner some acclaim! Her mum is sure to be very happy with the shots! I like the subtle colours of the 2nd version!

I have just had the prints back today from the printers so mum and dad have not seen them yet but I really do hope they are happy with them. I say them because They asked for the b/w blend version but I also had a colour one done for them. I see you have replied to some of my other photos and thank you for the comments. looks like you have had a good holiday and I guess we will see loads of your pictures over the next few days or so.
