...these deer were when we visited Knole Park Kent on Thursday. We did keep our distance from the stags as the rutting season has just begun. (Stags have been known to gore people to death but not on this estate.)

Yes thanks. One week down! On the post op info. one paper said 6-8 weeks and the other said 8-10 in pot and then a boot to help me walk! Not being weight bearing, I find it quite hard to hop even though I now have a walking frame.
I am feeling fine though in myself; particularly now that I have organised myself to get to the computer. I sit with my leg on the desk or a stool, as it has to be elevated.
