I went to Sheffield yesterday ... ... ...!
So that I do not confuse you with the Modern Architecture Salon and my Getty Museum offerings, I am only putting these images in as thumbnails. Also my gallery is nearly to capacity.
Anyway, we went to Sheffield yesterday to have a look around at the changes. There was a wealth of photographs to be taken for Modern Architecture.
I had to show you this one. I think it is so UGLY and I don't know if there are any windows to see through. Roy says it's probably the back of a building. (It is still under construction!)

The third one is not new. I can remember it being built years ago. It was the Mothercare building. Everyone in Sheffield was just horrified. They were not ready for red tubular buildings alongside of the old stone of the Town and City Halls.
I suppose they have got used to it now.
