Take 2 or 3 tomatoes and quarter them.

Put them in a Pyrex jug or similar with pepper and salt and a knob of butter.

Put them in the microwave on high for about 2 mins, until they are bubbling and cooked and squashy.

Toast and butter a slice of bread.

Remove the skins from the tomatoes and pour onto the toast.

My fave breakfast dish. Absolutely Yummy!

      I love tomatoes.

Nice pic BTW Ian. Can't wait for breakfast.

If i may be so bold as to mention,.................there is a blemish on the one to the right of centre......................I hope you pointed this out to the retailer and purchased them at discount rates
An unusual choice of subject, but I like it as i have now looked at every tomato

              Tres bien!

We really tried hard to speak French this time, especially as our friends who moved to the area are now pretty much fluent. But there is one thing that would drive me nuts - using a QWERTZ keyboard!

It's not that difficult once you get used to it - there are only a couple of keys that actually shift.. from memory, q=a and vice versa, z moves but I can't remember where, and so does m! When I did a French diploma with OU, I actually found it easier to shift to the French keyboard - much easier for the accents. Haven't installed it on new computer yet, still have to use alt+ whatever...

Having to shift for numbers and the re-assigned M and Z got me, plus the positions of the punctuation symbols
