I went out this evening with the sole purpose of photographing this amazing street up the road from my home! I tried to capture the light filtering through top of all the trees!

Looking at the size of the the trunks of those trees I would think that is somewhere in the older parts of Melbourne. Or have I got the wrong part of Victoria.?

Hi Dennis! You are correct, the trees are in an older part of Melbourne! Mont Albert/Balwyn area to the East of the city central! Have recently moved into the area at the beginning of this year! Some beautiful streets around us including this one, aptly called Victoria! Lots of trams to hop on & off from & photograph! These trees are amazing in that the branches meet at the top, forming a bower shape! Some of the middle branches have been pruned to accentuate the lateral growth as well, to allow room for telegraph wires etc!
