Took these at the Bath & West Show today. I think the idea is that you throw a ball into this ruddy big paddling pool and your water-loving dog jumps in to retrieve it. Great fun for the dogs (those that enjoyed it) and even more fun for us spectators. This spaniel, despite his expressions couldn't get enough of it. Hope you enjoy them

Those are just great. The look on the dogs face says it all. I like the last one you can almost see the dog thinking "I am sure he said it would be warm water".

Can't stop looking at them. What camera and lens did you use Jojo and did you have it on continuous shoot? Did you use a tripod?

Thank you very much for your comments everybody - glad they made you chuckle.

Audrey, I have 30D and had a 70-200 f4L lens attached. They were all hand-held as I was panning sometimes and the drive was on high-speed continuous. I didn't get the above sequence in one go though, oh no, I can tell you that an awful lot ended up in File13 (most of which didn't even have the dog in shot!) It was good fun to watch as all the dogs had different characters. If anybody is interested, their website says they will be attending this event on 12 July in Guildford.
