  • Forth Bridge from Forth Bridge

Went on a Train trip to Dundee last weekend, a long day but very enjoyable nevertheless. One of the highlights was crossing the Forth Rail Bridge and this shot is overlooking North Queensferry towards the Forth Road Bridge

What a lovely shot Stephen. Weren't you lucky with the light on those houses, and what an attractive sky.

These bridges are not easy to photograph and if you were on a train, you did not have much time for studying your shot.

I should think you are very pleased with it. Are there any more?

Yes I was quite pleased with that, and thanks for the comments Audrey. I was shooting through the open window of a door, it was cold and of course windy sticking your head out, so I didn't much I have a few more keepers from the day though not much taken from the bridges, which included the Tay bridge. I'll sort few out later. TBH I took my camera gear, cos thats what I do but I regretted it later, I would have been better of with a small compact. I'm considering a Panny TZ3
