Ill have you know, It takes a special skill to produce something as lacking as that
Seriously it does not look that flat to me, ill take another look though

I know what i did Stephen ive used the wrong version, improving working routine is on my list too

Just check the histogram in Levels Mike, then pull the sliders in on either side till you get some decent contrast

I like the 1st shot of the second batch. The foreground rocks give the shot a lot of power. Not sure about the other 2. One looks a bit wishy washy and the other seems to be the other way especially in the bottom right quarter.

Stephen, this is a different shot but taken at the same time with the same light conditions, i have adjusted this using curves and a little shapening as itr was a little blustery up there
