Choose Original Image instead of thumbs and you will be OK.

Hi Pops the weather must be getting colder, the still lifes are now appearing on a regular basis. Sorry although the image is constructed but the image does appears contrived " I know what I mean"

The weather hasn't stopped the birds visiting Tinka and it hasn't stopped me snapping them Just thought it would make a change, don't want to bore evrybody to death with the same sort of shots.
Managed to grab some half decent Autumn shots yesterday but haven't prepared them yet.

The leaves took time because I did this outside and with a bit of a breeze. tempted to use superglue but i didn't

Hi Stephen,
No the image is not worse for being constructed, most but not all, still lifes are constructed, not found, however after careful thought, I think I meant that to me, the image appears cobbled together (contrived) and a more interesting image could have been constructed, mind you after reading Pops answer, I would have taken the elements indoors and spent some time on constructing the image set up. That is my personal thoughts on the image.

Hi Pops,
Outside , The superglue idea seems appropriate, in those circumstances I would have been tempted to go indoors with the bits and pieces (when the wife was out of course ) and create something indoors. look forward to seeing your other creations, As for the dickie bird shots, they could never be considered boring, I hope to be able to get some shots like those someday, I just keep trying and failing at the moment, Mind you a DSLR and some decent glass would help Never mind Christmas is just around the corner, Ya never Know......
