Very strange isn't it. It was shot late afternoon and I noticed it as I was coming up the steps from the lower promenade.

The window is the one next to the rear entrance by the spiral staircase. There was a pale blue blind pulled down over the inside of the window. The terrace and 'Domes' were in bright sunlight and reflected off the window and blind. The shadows and other reflections you see were from the entrance door and semi-circular windows and balconies.

It was fascinating to see, never seen it quite like that before. Also a bit of a trial trying to get a shot without people getting in the way of the shot either for real or into the reflections.

I was looking at it more closely yesterday and realised there's a shadow of someone who must've been coming down the spiral staircase when I took the shot. You can see the slope of the staircase because of the sunlight shining from left to right and reflecting through the glass balconies and onto the side window. The shadow of the person is for right, lower part of the 'domed' verandah.
