Does anyone know the history of this building

Dear All,

This is on the main road going ino Brighton. After the sun had risen I headed back to it to captur this picture.

Does anyone know the history behind the art?

Hi. I thinnk it may be the old BT building. I will do a bit of digging around for you and let you know.

When you come into Brighton by train, you can see the rear of this building and at the top sticking out of the roof is what I imagine is the lift shaft. On this bit that sticks out is an amazing bit of graffitti, it says 'ZULU' in thin letters about 20ft high, how the artist done it I will never know! I wil try and get a pic of it soon and post it here.
