    That's a lovely shot Ben - I know where you're coming from; we have two of'em, but that can get a bit neurotic and I don't think they have yet come to terms with the latest pet addition to the household - a hamster

    Back to the picture - there is a tiny speck on the right hand (as viewed) eye, which I find a bit distracting, but apart from that it's a lovely shot. Is this taken with your new 50mm f/1.8?

    I see you are well and truly in your mono period

      Yeah, just trying out different things on the mono side, this is actually a 'quadtone' image, slight overlays which came out OK.

      Yep, taken with the 50mm lens. Point taken about the spek in the eye.....he was sleepy with a little watery eye....bless 'im!

        Yup I know that lazy zonko expression very well, see it all the time with the wifes cat, especially when she takes over the best chair in the lounge.
