  • Australian Birdies

I wish that I was able to get pinsharp detail similar to Pops birdlife shots! However, I like the colours of these Rainbow Lorikeets, which are common in Australia, but I've not been able to get that close as they fly away! Normally too high up in the gum trees to get a good shot without telephoto lens!

Looks like they moved just as you pressed the shutter. Deligthtful colours.

p.s. Being Australian I expected to see them upside down

      Hi Jocelyn,
Not very cooperative were they, always moveing around Yes they sure are very colorful birds, can you set Shutter priority auto on your camera?
you would then be able to freese any movement.
