Personally I dont think she had the right attire on for swimming
Although I did refrain from laughing. For those of you who are not familiar with my area, it is renowed for rogue waves, ten liitle uns and then the big one sneaks up on you
Even I was retreating as I took this


As you can see a little further down the coast it was quite impressive

I like them both.
The haze from the lighting (I guess) adds to the scenery.
One observation though. In the first photo with the lady a slightly downwards position of the camera would have as a result to include all of the woman's reflection in the sand.

What a gentleman, legging it and leaving your good lady to fend for herself, I do hope you got your just reward just out of interest, Did she make it to safety?? or get wet??
