I went away this weekend to Phillip Island near Melbourne & managed to take a few shots of local fauna that viewers may find intesting. I'm posting a pic here, but for those interested, I've started a new album entitled Phillip Island.

    Hi Jocelyn,

That koala looks like it's defying gravity - it doesn't seem to be holding on to anything? The pic looks quite heavily sharpened to me.

Not having been back to my country of birth for over four decades, pictures like this remind me ever more that a trip to Oz needs to be arranged sooner rather than later!

It is amazing how the koalas balance in the forks of trees & nod off. They also clamber about on such small branches to get to the eucalypt leaves. They get totally stoned from the eucalyptus! Spend about 17 hrs a day sleeping to conserve energy as not much nourishment in gum leaves! As far as sharpening goes, I tried using the smart sharpen that Stephen was talking about for the first time tonight & not used to it! Think I may need to practice a bit more or go back to usual method!
