I saw this guy last Saturday when I went to see the moto x. It turns out there was a few of them doing this but by the time I went round to see what was going on only one of them was still there. No way would you get me up in one of these things heck I have enough trouble keeping a kite in the air.
At least the sea was calm for him! Kite surfing is the latest rage in France, but typically for a country that invented the word bureaucracy, you have to have a diploma to do it!

Being on an Island all water sports like kite surfing, windsurfing and normal surfing are going on most weekends weather and tides permitting. But these guys are just hanging in a small type of seat over the cliffs. I did not get to speak to him but someone who did and I saw later said that its easy to get into as there are not a lot of rules.
