Sunrise on Leven

Leven is on the opposite shore of the river Forth from Leith, the subject of a 2013 film "Sunshine on Leith"

Up before the sun so took a walk along the beach

Sunrise, just after 7 a.m.



This windfarm is about 30 miles away on the other side of the Forth
We can't normally see it because of haze, mist, rain, sleet, fog or snow

Heading south for winter - not a bad idea!

The orange glow makes the setting look warm. But I bet it wasn't so warm.
Like the silhouetted seed stalk
Argh! Those windmills are everywhere now

I don't mind the windfarms. I'd rather have them than what we used to have here at the end of what used to be a very good bathing beach...
