Red Kite (again)

It was very cold and cloudy most of the time when we set off to photograph Red Kite again with sleet/hail falling from the sky, but in between we had clear blue skies.
To lighten our mood Anne joined in the fun when I put a prism on the Olympus 12-100 lens and showed how to photograph Red Kites.






Olympus E-M1X - 40-150 lens with 1.4 converter - various f settings etc

Prism ?

New to me, Barr1e. Is it an attachment that fits on the lens, like a filter ?

Really like the Red Kite shots. Looks like it had it's eye on you in the second shot.

Thanks for commenting.

The prism seen below fits to the threaded part of the lens (front) and you turn the handle until you achieve the scene which suits.

Not sure what I'd use the prism for but the Kite shots you are posting are magic.

Never seen one. But would imagine it could be rather creative.
