Leeds Castle.

Went down to Kent today, weather was perfect, blue skies with wispy white clouds to add some interest to the sky-at least it was when we left home.
By the time we got to Leeds Castle the clouds had rolled in en masse and while it was still bright - it was the usual british summer sky - grey out.

The second dissappointment is that the only people who can get the iconic shot of the castle mirrored in it's moat are the golfers on the private course opposite.

Still it was a worthwhile visit..

I have driven past Leeds castle, hundreds of time. But never yet visited it, Rab.

Shame your not allowed on the golf course to get that one shot.

I remember visiting the castle in 2006 - had similar thoughts re the moat pic.
