  • Farne Island storm approaching Bamburgh

Taken at last light just as the sun had set. This storm seriously buffeted my camper van during the evening, it was lucky I hadn't put the roof up!

Looks so calm, at this stage.

I like the view and the shot.

Beatiful. Bamburgh is my favourite place in all the world. My favourite childhood haunt and that beach was the main location of my misspent youth.

          Thanks.

Muscles still sore, especially legs and ankles but persevering with Physiotherapy exercises. Aiming to be able to handle a bridge camera, at least, next year.

To everyone else ....... take care of yourselves. Avoidable injuries caught up with me, sitting on curled up leg, foot damaged nerve cells. Tripping on doormat caused torn ligaments in one ankles, RSI in wrists too.

Quit driving, also had to get rid of car campervan after David died. Slowly coming to terms with everything.

          Hope 2017 brings better times.
